Fabric of the Month Club Frequently Asked Questions
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged on the day you subscribe and then on the same day in the following months. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your card is charged for the next month.
Can I cancel?
Of course! You will receive an email 3 days before your card is charged each month and you are free to cancel any time (or to skip a month)!
When do you ship Fabric of the Month?
We generally ship Fabric of the Month orders at the end of the first and beginning of the second week of the month. We ship them all out at once so we wait until the order window closes for that month.
Timing depends on how business days fall in the calendar for that month.
If I already subscribed, do I need to do anything?
No! You will receive an email 3 days before you are charged for this month (it will be the same day of the month as your initial order) and then you will automatically receive that month's package.
Are new prints, fabrics, and patterns only available for Fabric of the Month subscribers?
No! Subscribers get to try out new fabric and patterns FIRST, but they will later be made available to the entire Splash Fabric community.
Can I access the free resources for Fabric of the Month if I'm not subscribed?
Yes! You can access all the free videos, tutorials, and patterns using all of the links on this page!
